“We had an issue with our waverunner and called for assistance - after calling a local dealer who said they would not be able to even look at it for about 2 weeks. Dave said to bring it right down and they would take a look at it, which we did, even though it was an hour away. We got there late on a Saturday afternoon and he came right out, had it lifted on a forklift and immediately found the issue - which they fixed in minutes. The customer service received from Dave, Adam and everyone that helped was exemplary and we will most definitely come back for normal maintenance and any repairs needed and highly recommend that anyone needing help with anything they service go there for all their maintenance or service needs.”

I myself own and operate a business and we thrive due to two things; 1) Rapport and 2) being honest and truthful. When this headache came to be at my property in Lighthouse Point I really did not know what direction to take or what the process would be until I dove into exploring all my options. At the end of the day I was left with two options; digging up, ripping apart my remodeled home and laying new pipe; OR relining the existing pipping. After receiving bids north of 35k to dig and repair, financially I was left with selecting the latter of the two. I interviewed multiple pipe-lining companies and quickly came to the conclusion Trenchless- Pipelining/ Maddrey Enterprises, INC would be the company that earned my business. From the initial on site inspection with sales Rep. Gary to my open lines of communication with the owner (Hugo) the rapport quickly was built. Not to mention, the price was incredible! Luis the service tech who did my job was on time and worked like bull to do the best work he can. All in all, my experience with this company has been phenomenal and I am happy to be a reference whenever needed. I WILL be using you again in the near future on one of my many other properties.”
