  Dalton arrived exactly at 8 am to replace the drip tray on my evaporator coil. Once he got the coil out he noticed a coolant leak and said that the coil needed to be replaced. He immediately called Trane and then when to pick it up. He was back in about 45 minutes and proceeded to install the coil and then check the entire system. The parts were warranty so my only cost was the labor which was very reasonable. Dalton was very polite, courteous, and professional and explained everything he was doing. I would definitely use Ed Helms again.

  I just had to replace the refrigeration equipment for the walk in refrigerator in my home. I use EH for the 4 AC units and used them to replace someone that i have used for years. It was a A+++ experience from the way they figured out how to do it efficiently as it was not easy to replace the condenser in the unit.
  Fede, their mechanic did an outstanding job and was so meticulous and focused. I appreciate what was done for me and strongly recommend them.

  Fast. Efficient. Knowledgeable. I tried to use ‘the recommendation of friends’ , you know, the single practitioner. But after 4 starts and no follow up, I called Edd Helms. WOW! Frustration over. Work done! I am very happy.

  I made an appointment for an electrician to replace or repair four large lamps on the exterior of my home. When the electrician promptly arrived during the appointment window, I explained to him that I understood the extra costs involved (transportation time, and cost of parts) for any parts which I did not have at my home. I was very pleased with this project when he finished. As usual, the most expensive part of the bill was the labor. I don't mind possibly paying a higher price when I am certain that the work will be done correctly the first time. I have been a customer of the Edd Helms Group for more than ten years, and I have rarely had to call them back for the same service. I will continue to use them because they continue to give me professional electrical services that are second to no other company.

  Their employees and servicemen are the best, hands down. Courteous, efficient, clean and neat. I trust them and they do excellent work. I plan to stick with Edd Helms. Worth every penny! I highly recommend them.
