“My name is Marty Raff and I have been using West End Plumbing for over 10 years and I must say that I think the plumbers they sent to my house in Broward County are all top notch. I’m almost 80 years of age and the plumbers all are courteous and respectful of my age.
The last visit was a plumber named Johnny on Friday, Feb 22, 2019. I was afraid I had an expensive roots problem but Johnny was honest & fixed my toilet at a reasonable cost.
I asked him about the man who I first started with at West End named Pete who is the reason I continue with West End Plumbing. Not to my surprise, Johnny told me Pete is a Manager.
I have never taken the time to say anything about any vendor who came to my house before, but this company is exceptional. I started with them when they were a small company, but now I see them advertising all the time on tv. I guess they only hire & train the best people.

Update: I am really grateful we found this company. They exceeded our expectation again. Family in town, toilet clogged and would not flush with plunging. They were fast, prompt, clean and very reasonably priced. -

The plumbers are professional, helpful, and always arrive on time. Most recently, Gary Brown has been the service technician sent to my home. He is polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and I appreciate that he cleans the around which he has worked!

(December 5, 2018, 4:42 pm)My technician, Gary Brown, arrived on time, was professional and courteous through out the whole time he was here. I had three areas that I had requested an estimate on. One was immediate, one was cosmetic and one was for a later date. Gary was very thorough and took his time to explaining what he would be doing. His pricing was fair and I agreed to move forward. I am very pleased with the job and would gladly recommend West End Plumbing, I will definitely call them again.
