  I'm a floriate native and have been going to the Everglades since I was a kid. this place is pretty great. cheaper than evergladea holiday park. airboat ride was short but that could just be my guide. they sell cheap beer in the park and you can hold a baby alligator in the park for free.

  Fun place to bike if you want to get away from the asphalt. The levee trail is gravel/sand and takes you through nature. On some sections, you can look for miles around and not see any sign of civilization.

  Quiet nature sanctuary. Flat bike trail. Lots of wildlife. Saw many birds, a turtle and an alligator. No bathrooms.

  Gorgeous trails. Birds of all kinds and quiet. There's a parking that gets pretty full but you can park in the roundabout. After you get out, it honestly doesn't look like much, but once you climb up the hill the Everglades just cover the whole horizon. The trails themselves are very long, I know one goes all the way to Markham Park!

  The wildlife and nature is beautiful! Let us not drain this swamp. Instead, we should protect it. Beware alligators! Even the babies.
