I went online to find the phone number and ran across the google reviews. I have been with Dr. Roskins for several years since moving to South Florida. Looking at some of the reviews I would question if I should use her service but because I have gone to her for several years now, I know some of the reviews are a little exaggerated due to their frustration of not understanding what services she provides. It seems like the ones that are complaining about the service some how thought her services cover all medical procedures. She is a gynecologist and only specializes in that, she is not ob-gyn/obstetrician who specialize in pregnancy or other health care related issues. She can refer them to someone else but that's about it. I must say I am very pleased at the professionalism from the entire staff. The only reason I gave them a 4 star rather than a 5 is because I have a hard time reaching them to schedule appointments and remembering the times they are open.
First, I absolutely love Chika at he from desk. Extremely friendly, and not in that "I work here so I have to be nice" kind of way. She was very sweet and helpful. Also Dr. Roskin made me feel really comfortable, took her time to explain everything I needed to know. One of the most patient doctors I have ever dealt with. Very kind. Also, service in this office runs very smoothly. Straight to the point, NO waiting around 30min-1hr AFTER your actual scheduled appointment. I'm am absolutely satisfied in how quick and easy everything was. I love this Dr. and this quiet and cozy office.
Receptionist was so helpful, took the time to check things with my insurance. The Doctor was very nice and smart. The office has a personal touch. So much more comfortable than my PCP!
I have been here a few times and was really pleased with my care. The new medical assistant was very nice. Dr. Roskin was very knowledgeable and well informed. I also recommended a friend to that office who also was very pleased with the medical care.
