  I recently rent a new home from ATA Realtors. Tulio and his son Andres who is also a Realtor worked hard to resolve any questions and issues that we had. They did a great job in finding the home that fit the needs of our family. Great customer service starts at the top and Tulio and his son believe in taking care of customers.   As newlyweds in a new area of a new state with no real estate connections, we were hoping to find a professional that had the presence we clearly lacked. We found Tulio from ATA Realtors and couldn't have been happier. His knowledge of the area as well as his patience and communication made our experience even better than we could have imagined. If you have bought a home, you know that communication is so crucial throughout the entire process; if you are also first-time home buyers, you will soon learn. Every professional throughout the process that I spoke with had nothing but praise to speak of Tulio as he was always at the forefront making sure that once we found "the one", we were ready for the next steps.   We moved to Weston in March 2018, in the middle of a meteoric and insanely difficult housing market for buyers (still rising as of nine months later). We contacted Tulio initially based on positive online reviews, and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the process. While the process of home buying was much more difficult than we’d imagined, based on the levels of competitiveness, Tulio gave us excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a really wide range of homes that we looked at. Particular high points were helping us extricate ourselves from a seller who ended up behaving in a really sketchy manner after we’d made an offer, and in helping us find ways to make competitive offers in a market where we were regularly outbid by many tens of thousands over the asking prices. I hope we’re in our new home for a long time, but if we were to move, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Tulio again or give him anything but the highest recommendation

  Tulio helped me find a house to rent in the Weston. I highly recommend him! He is a very nice guy and a pleasure to work with. I am impressed with the amount of care and devotion he has shown as my agent. For example when I asked for measurements he went and measured the dimensions himself. Sometimes he even asks me how the house is going.. after I already moved in! Tulio always responded quickly to questions, and kept me updated throughout the process. Thanks to Tulio I got the house I wanted!!

  To say that we enjoyed our house hunting experience with Tulio Castellanos would be a real understatement! He was awesome! We were blown away not just by his knowledge of the Weston area but his insight into builders, communities and contractors. He found the perfect house for us and got us the best deal.
