(February 17, 2017, 6:49 pm)I love this gym! I love the program and science behind it, and how the time I am there is used very wisely. The program is very focused with 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of tailored weight/physical training. Each day, there change up the exercises, so it never gets boring, and I never have to figure out for myself what I am supposed to be doing. You always feel welcome, like family by the trainers who always greet you with a smile and the camaraderie amongst the members is wonderful. I highly recommend BodyTrac.

(February 8, 2017, 8:23 pm)I really like that it is a small intimate business, in which you personally get to know the owner and your trainer. They customize the training to fit your ability and needs. I have tried other fitness facilities in which you are one of many doing the same conditioning as everyone else, which does not fit your individual goals. I also like that we are encouraged to attend community events together.

From the personalized attention you receive from the trainers, to the motivation from the fellow members, working out here has been the best decision. The trainers helped me workout throughout my entire pregnancy and then helped me return to my previous weight afterwards!
I love that there are only 4 people max in a session so it always feels like I have my own personal trainer. They have weekly challenges to keep you motivated and encourage friendly competition. All in all you can't go wrong joining this gym! -

(February 8, 2017, 9:50 am)BodyTrac is a different gym experience, and that's why it's so awesome. It's extremely affordable and the staff is invested in you. They are there to give you just the right push, they teach you every step of the way, and they always encourage you when you need it. The best part about BodyTrac is the members. Someone will notice you working hard, or dropping a couple pounds and give you a high five. The owners and trainers have built a real family, which is a testament to they type of people they are.
