(April 1, 2019, 11:31 am)I had such a great workout at Activ8 ! I just left — at first I was a little hesitant and timid, but the instructor was incredibly patient with me. She had alternative moves that I could as well as various levels of training intervals that are easy to do, fun, and challenging. I am definitely going back. ☺️ They have Free trials as well ❤️ thank you Active8 for a wonderful experience 🙏🏾
