  I couldn't speak more highly of Dr. Rob Sheinberg and his practice. Dr. Sheinberg specializes in foot and ankle surgery and is a rounded expert in the field. Rob has operated on both of my feet and aside from his impressive knowledge on podiatry and great personality, it is noticeable that Rob competes with himself to be more perfect in the field and in each surgery. His accessibility is very refreshing for a doctor - he is very responsive to emails and calls.
  
  I was born with extremely flat feet and experienced severe pain as early as I could remember. The pain became very alarming in middle school when playing sports and standing at sports practice for hours. I began going to doctors throughout Pennsylvania and Ohio and from the 5 doctors I went to (prior to Dr. Scheinberg) it seems that all I could do is wear orthotics in my shoes and deal with the pain.
  
  During my college in Florida, the pain became very restricting and I was forced to stop playing intramural sports. Not only was the pain increasing over the years, but it began to limit my movement. After graduating college I began extensive research on the best podiatrists in the U.S. and (in 2015) I only found 3 podiatrists who have performed numerous successful surgeries to correct flat feet. When narrowing down doctor's and researching their track records, not only did I find nothing negative about Dr. Sheinberg but exceptional comments about his surgery successes. In the end it was between Dr. Sheinberg and a Pittsburgh doctor; however, I felt more comfortable with Dr. Sheinberg because of the time he spent with me understanding my lifestyle, examining my feet, and discussing with me whether I could justify bearing the road to recovery post-surgery given my pre-surgery pain levels.
  
  In short, Dr. Sheinberg reconstructed both of my feet over a year's time and was extremely attentive to me throughout the process. After I fully recovered, I experienced moments of awe from feeling what a normal foot should feel like! I used to hate my feet and foot pain would always frustrate me... now I love my feet, I am more active, and foot pain no longer comes to mind.
  
  If you are a parent and your child is experiencing foot pain, I can't emphasize enough that you should consider having their feet examined with Dr. Sheinberg. I wish I found his practice earlier in life.

  Competent. Confident. Considerate. These are just a few of the words I use to describe Dr. Rob. Competent, I've never met a medical professional whose professional expertise I hold in higher esteem. Confident, simply put, Dr. Rob is a leader not only in his specialty, but expresses his ability throughout the entire process from initial exam through follow ups. Considerate, Dr. Sheinberg is an active and compassionate listener who truly wants what's best for his patients. Last words: ROCK STAR!!!

  There is not enough good things to say about Dr. Sheinberg and his team. I came to Robert with a destroyed ankle (trimalleolar fracture) after a mountain bike accident. Dr. Sheinberg assured me I would be back to 100% and meticulously answered any questions I had. Within 5 months after surgery I was back on the bike riding as if nothing had happened. His team from the front desk to the physical therapists were nothing but exceptional during my time as a patient

  I visited so many doctors before Dr. Sheinberg and nobody could fix my ankle. Turns out I had a microfracture and surgery was not going to be easy due to the location of the injury. Not only did Dr. Sheinberg perform the surgery, I've been able to go back to playing soccer and be pain free. Definitely recommend Dr. Sheinberg. He's so knowledgeable and takes his time with his patients. He explains everything in detail and stands by your side until your situation is solved.

  Best doctor ever. Always takes such time and caring for his patients. He is so thorough. My daughter is special needs and he handled her surgery and recovery extraordinary. Very rare and one of a kind. So blessed. Her outcome was 100 percent successful. I would recommend him to everyone and have.
