“I want to thank ALL of the Staff at this location. My mother had a fall right in front of the building this morning, as we were walking in for my grandmothers appointment. My mother is receiving treatment for cancer across the street, and we brought my grandma (her mom) to her appointment with her PCP, Dr. Sierra right after. My mom lost her balance and fell. I was upset that i could not avoid her fall. Someone coming in the building went and got help for me. The attention from doctors, nurses, and front desk staff was just amazing. I really felt very supported. Their kindness, care and understanding with my Mom and I was beyond just their job title or duties. I am so thankful to them for being so kindhearted and helpful to us. Tracy Smith was so very compassionate and understanding. Everyone came to our safety immediately!! I did not get all of their names, but each and everyone involved went the extra mile. I have only had great experiences at Cleveland Clinic, in every single department. Today the Krupa Center shinned with kindness and I just wanted to say thank you for your compassion and true kindness. My mom just has some bruising on her knee thankfully i broke the fall a bit. She is doing well, and just laughing it off now. I am thankful to God for Angels on earth, we are never alone.”
