“My mother became a resident of Governor's Pointe a month ago. I was concerned about not being able to tour any facilities because of the pandemic. Fortunately, I could not be happier with the care she is receiving at Governor's Pointe. The staff is very caring, friendly, and compassionate. My mother tells me repeatedly how nice and helpful the staff is with anything she needs. The staff is quick to respond to any questions I have in regards to my mother's care and were extremely helpful with making this transition smooth and less stressful for my mother and myself. She enjoys participating in the daily activities that are provided to the residents. Knowing that she is happy, safe and active has definitely made this transition easier for everyone.”

They're easy to spot--they're the ones flying the rainbow flag out front. Love, acceptance, and grace abound there. I've been to churches that said "All are welcome," but didn't really mean it. This church is different. The bulletin every week states "You are welcome regardless of your race, ethnic origin, age, gender, marital status, sexual identity, physical or mental ability, economic condition, or any particular element that makes you human. We honor your presence." And they do.”
