“Monday Jan 14, 2019. I called to make an order. My dr, nurse called. Placed an order for me to receive a wheelchair. That same day I got a call from Integrated Home Health Services. Called on a good day for delivery. The scheduler was extremely nice. She informed me it was a rental for 13 months. Also other things I needed to know. Today Wednesday Jan 16, 2019. I received the wheelchair. It was exactly what I was told it was going to be. The man took off the plastic. Gave me a booklet. Told me everything I needed to know. Opened it up in my house and I sat in it. He asked me how I liked it. I told him much better than what I had in the past. I am wheelchair bound. The man was so nice. He told me about the 3 year warranty. Number to call if there is an issue. Told me about other services the company can do. He smiled and was courtesy, kind, polite and patient. Now this is how disabled people need to be treated. We are people too. We are not numbers but customers.”

“Recently I had the opportunity to deal with Integrated for a CPAP machine and also for a test that I needed to have. To make things more difficult, I was retiring and moving within a few days.
