“I'm so happy to live in the area of this hospital. My mom was operated and in ICU here. The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. At the age of 97, my mom was very delicate and everyone that dealt with us was so nice and caring that I felt comfortable with the care. I cannot praise the ICU enough. The staff in there was excellent and although I never want to have to go to the ICU, I would pick this ICU over any I have visited. I huge heart felt Thank You to Pembroke Memorial. You are an example to all other in my eyes.”

“This review is specifically for Tim who is an employee at this location. I called another CVS that was closer to my house to take passport photos of my baby to which they replied that they “did not take baby passport photos”. I then remembered Tim at this location was very nice to me the last time I was there to print pictures so I called and he told me of course to bring my baby in. He spent a lot of time with us and got great passport photos! I hope corporate CVS sees this review as Tim is the only reason I print my pictures at CVS all the time even though it is more expensive and further from my house. Excellent customer service thanks to Tim who deserves recognition for this!”
