“My father has resided at Binda for 2.5 years. His personal care has been very good. Binda has been responsive to adjustments and concerns with care when advised or requested. My father's health has improved during his residence at Binda to the point that he was discharged from hospice care. I'd like to point out that I read two negative reviews about Binda; one is from a disgruntled employee, and evidently, the other sadly had a loved one succumb to death. My observation of this ALF is that it has supported many elderly, infirm and suffering from various forms of dementia with care and lengthening lives. It wrenches one's heart to lose one they love to death. However, it is difficult to believe it is due to the personal care provided by Binda. It is really difficult to make the decision to have someone else care for your loved one. The best scenario is a loved one is cared for personally by their family in their home until their demise. When this is not possible nor desired then conduct a review of facilities. Learn that all have citations for various classes of offense. But do your due diligence, make the best decision you can make with regard to the care you want to provide to your loved one, your budget, your commitment to enrich your loved one's life yourself, and play a key role in your loved one's care.”
