“Honestly, if you wanna learn self-defense then this is the place to go. This could be a great hobby, workout, and class. The teaching style is great and it makes you feel involved. The people who attend are also just so great. They make you feel so welcome and being there is like being part of a family. I was there for a short time and loved every second of it. You'll get to learn and make friends for life. They are super accommodating and the professor is a great teacher. There's a kids class and an adult class so it's truly for everyone. If you have a teenager then they'll fit great in the adult class. Everyone will be willing to help them out so all they have to do is ask. I always get to see someone in a last minute urgency. No issues with referrals! Great warm and compassionate staff, no parking issues in none of the Their four offices.
