“This "coach" changed my 11 yo son's life. He's "on the spectrum" and they moved him from no-activity to a youth baseball league in about a year. He started with no baseball experience and just finished his first season without a hitch. Redline provides structured, predictable routine youths need. It's not an "activity" like the YMCA - it's athletics. They are compassionate without hand-holding. We had to motivate and discipline him to attend but once there was "no choice" he looked forward to going 3x a week.”

“Best place for a haircut. My fade was top notch, no one has done my fades better than Kinam. He uses Compressed Air to clean you up instead of using towels and it’s very sanitary and great at drying, never had a barber use compressed air and it was amazing. Walk-ins are welcome.”

I started working out with Daniel already for more than a month and I have lost almost 10 pounds! I think what makes this place different than the rest is that Daniel (the owner) is not only next to me when I am working out (making sure my posture is right) but also is on top of what I eat. He provides nutrition classes where people learn what to eat and even how to prepare healthy delicious meals. He is so committed to his cause that he even asks to his trainees to send him pictures of their meals and checks their "myfitnesspal" app to make sure they are on the right track. Highly recommended!”
