Fortunately, I could not be happier with the care she is receiving at Governor's Pointe. The staff is very caring, friendly, and compassionate. My mother tells me repeatedly how nice and helpful the staff is with anything she needs. The staff is quick to respond to any questions I have in regards to my mother's care and were extremely helpful with making this transition smooth and less stressful for my mother and myself. She enjoys participating in the daily activities that are provided to the residents. Knowing that she is happy, safe and active has definitely made this transition easier for everyone.”

“At first I was very irritated at the wait time for the office. But even after I became slight passive aggressive with some of the staff they were still kind and patient with me. After I got into the room for my procedure I began to cry and the nurses held my hand until I was under sedation and woke up in the recovery room where I was well taken care of. The staff and doctor are extremely patient, organized, and very sweet. It’s a great place to go and the wait it worth it.”

“I’ve been coming here since 2018 and honestly love it. Everyone there is nice and professional, wait is never a problem and you can even make appointments. No matter when I message my barber answers with in minutes I get a response back, service and hair cuts is beyond this world. Like today I was at work and notice I really needed a cut, ask for availability, 2 minutes a response and now I’m enjoying my new look. I trust them to the point I don’t even ask what I need I just know they will always do my hair right! Always recommend people to this place. Thank y’all for the best hair cuts I’ve ever had!”
