“Hi. I’m writing this review of Raphael and uc miami. I too have a savant system. And it was wired completely for the pervious owners. I contacted him and over the last 6-9 months he has worked hard to get everything in the system working perfectly. This is a completcates system and required a lot of back and forth between the owner and technicians. So patience is a virtue. But the final product is near total home intigration. Raphael is been good to work with and had my system perfect even though I’m not the original owner. I love it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for IT island integration matters.”

“Upon entering the store Wilfredo immediately greeted us with a warm welcome. He came across as being genuine and was very attentive in listening to us and finding out what we were looking for to fit our budget. We had many questions and were impressed with Wilfredo's knowledge and him being able to answer all of them. Fast forward he took his time to show us every single mattress that fit our preference. We were also impressed with the flexibility of his options. In the end we found the perfect mattress and were able to set a delivery for later that day. After my husband purchased the mattress and leaving the store, we called him asking about adjustable bases and he was very helpful in giving us a good deal on that as well. We said yes to the mattress and the base that day!! The installation was quick and professional with Wilfredo demonstrating the functionality and features of the adjustable mattress base once setup.
