The technician, was really great. Turned out to be some wood rot rather than termites, and he was very patient to explain what would be indicators if termites were to develop. It would have been very easy pass off having to do some type of treatment, so I really appreciate his honesty. He is also really pleasant and patient. I recommend them highly.”

He offered recommendations and also inspected the exterior of the house to identify any areas where a pest may enter. The cockroach issue is not major so it can likely be handled by a few sticky traps. I really appreciated the honest assessment and I'll definitely request he help if I run into a more significant pest problem in the future.”
