“My daughter attended learning land Montessori for VPK. I had her attending VPK somewhere else however the previous montessori school she attended was not meeting my expectations. After changing to learning land montessori my daughter started reading in less than a month. They completed all the required paperwork as a VPK provider when the previous school was not. The school was not close to home; however, it was worth the drive. They prepared my daughter for kindergarten and she has excelled in school this year. I highly recommend this Montessori if you are considering sending your child to Preschool.”

“I came to this school two - three years ago, and I've learned so much. Teachers are always there when you need them, they actually listen to you. The class was small so we were all family, and we knew each other very well. I've met the most kind and hard working people in ISB. Also I think it is very interesting to meet people from around the globe, ISB was full of student coming from all places, so I had the chance to learn Other cultures than mine. I recommend this school.”

“I am so happy with the quality of Spanish Education my 6 yo son receives with Educando America. He is Not a native Spanish speaker yet in just one year he already can understand and speak some Spanish. We started once a week with an in person group class after school which he loved due to the fun activities with all the kids. When Covid occurred we were quickly transitioned to on line learning and he was LIVE with his teacher and classmates from day 1. I highly recommend the curriculum, it is a fun effective way for your kids to learn Spanish”

“Laid back dive boat kinda like being on your bro's boat. Older salty skipper with great fisherman stories. I'll never go on his boat again, bumped me to make room for his buddy/s and didn't notify me until late the night before. Something unethical about that.”

“Permission to Succeed is an AMAZING ONLINE SCHOOL!!! Over the summer, my now 6th grader participated in the school's summer session and completed a diagnostic exam that initially placed her at a 3rd grade reading level. After a few weeks of working the program daily for just an hour a day, her most recent diagnostic placed her at a 6th grade reading level. And she was so excited and so proud of herself. She liked the program, because she said it helped her and it's fun! I am grateful for the support, encouragement and the confidence that Permission to Succeed offers my child. Thank you Mrs. Rattray for providing this great opportunity for families of students who are struggling and in need of a little boost of confidence and the permission to succeed. Thank you...”

“I went there in 04-08. I graduated top 20% of my class with a 3.8 gpa. It don't matter what school you attend if you want and willing to learn you will. All schools have problems from drug use to behavior. I enjoy Ely and will do it all over again.”

“My baby has being going to this daycare since she started walking. She is now a little over 3 and I have no complaints. All the teachers have attentive attitudes, they really get to know your child. I always see someone cleaning when I go pick up her up. They maintain it spotless. I am well informed with their app and I love seeing pictures of their daily activities. 10/10 recommended”

“Hello to anyone reading this review. So, you want to come to Somerset Middle School? I’ve been attending Somerset since I was in kindergarten, so I know a lot about this school. In my review, i’ve mentioned the good and bad parts of this school. While it is a bit lengthy, it’s very detailed & will definitely help you decide if you’d like to come here. Before I start, I’d like to mention that I’m writing this with an anonymous name. So, let’s begin! First of all, you’ve got some teachers that really care about their students’ grades, and then you’ve got the teachers that really don’t care about anything at all. It really sucks that some of the teachers are just in it for the money, because the other teachers that actually care are really amazing. I’ve been at Somerset for my whole life, and I’m now graduating middle school, so I’d just like to explain many things about this school. First of all, I love the zero tolerance for bullying policy. Sure, someone may get picked on, but it’s very minimal. The school will never let someone get bullied & have the bully get away with it. It’s great. Second, I’d like to touch on what kind of environment this school has. Basically, it’s pretty calm & MOST of the students are very friendly and welcoming. There aren’t any drugs or inappropriate things happening in our school, which is good! Whenever drugs do happen to get into the school (it never happens, I think it’s happened twice in the last 8 years that i’ve been here..) our principal, Mr. Montero, is VERY quick to expel the students that brought the drugs onto the campus. Also, I’d like to mention that our school is a very safe and welcoming place for LGBTQ+ students!! We have a GSA group, and everyone is very accepting towards the lgbt community. Now, while there are a ton of good things about this school, there’s a few bad things as well. Remember how I mentioned that some teachers are uninspired?? Well, that’s a really big issue. There are many teachers, specifically in the middle school, that really don’t care about anything at all. They are just there to earn their money & go home. Most of these teachers are in the Language Arts department, but not all of them are. There are some great Language Arts teachers, such as Ms. Silverio, but the majority of teachers in that department are very lazy. They never put the grades in the grade book on time, their way of teaching is super complicated and unnecessary, and you can just tell that they don’t care about the students at all. However, this isn’t all of the teachers, just some of them. Now, if you’re coming to the middle school for the first time, I would like to explain the electives to you. Sixth graders get to choose one of their electives, while seventh and eighth graders get to choose two. So, which ones should you choose? We have a variety of electives. We’ve got dance & colour guard, speech and debate, theatre, spanish & italian, art, band, creative writing & journalism, business keyboarding, etc. To see all of the electives, visit the school website! The electives I would choose are Speech and Debate, Theatre, and Art. The teachers for these electives are outstanding & they’ve got a great way of teaching. All three of these electives help you break out of your shell & learn more about yourself. They’re honestly great & you get treated like family in those electives. Well, I think I’m going to wrap up now. Somerset is a great place to come to. You’ll make some great friends & learn a lot about yourself here. Most of the staff treat you like family. While there are some ups and downs, this place is great and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.”

“Catholic Church with a very slow black priest in his homily. Beautiful air-conditioned church. Ample parking. A coffee service after the religious ceremonies. It is at the center of several private related services: a kindergarten, a secondary school, an accommodation center for seniors.”

“This is a great school. I have a child in 3rd and 5th grade. the teachers are very helpful. I have two in high school as well and the staff remembers them and asks how they are doing. The ESE staff is very helpful with students. I love this school. Thank you for all you have done for our children.”

“As a former middle school and high school teacher myself, I knew that traditional school would not be a fit for my family--I know that many other parents feel the same way but do not know what would be a better option---please consider Montessori and do the research. I looked everywhere to find a school for my son, and THANK GOODNESS I found this beautiful Montessori school and I happily drive 30 mins each way to ensure that my son (now 5 years old) will have the best possible experience and education. The staff are highly trained, friendly, empathetic and really, truly care about the children and their well-being. It is evident that the children are shown great respect and treated as valuable individuals. The school is VERY clean and organized, and I am so impressed with my experience so far....we began during the 21-22 school year and are now back for the 22-23 school year. The Head of School, Ms. Martyna, takes great pride in the school and is always finding ways to make it even better...in the year that we have been at the school so far, she has already expanded the size of the playground and added additional windows to the building. The classrooms are beautiful and have flexible seating arrangements and the very best Montessori materials. My son has a very strong personality, but his teachers Ms. Mariale and Ms. Nina allow him to be himself without attempting to force him into some "mold"---as a result, he is happier and more confident. The children are given a well-rounded education and guided towards eventually becoming mature and productive adults one day.....for example, I have attended events at the school where the Elementary aged kids have helped host the events, and it is impressive to see the level of social intelligence that they display for their age (especially compared to the children that I worked with while a Middle/High school teacher in the public schools). Among other perks, there is a full-time Spanish teacher on staff starting when the children are in Elementary, AND the Head of School is very involved behind the scenes and keeps updated on each individual child's progress on a regular basis by meeting with the teachers. This school truly provides each child with an individualized approach and the level of attention to every detail is just amazing. I could say more, but it is not the same as seeing for yourself. We all want what is best for our kids and I am very blessed to have found this school, so thank you South Florida Montessori Academy for being a wonderful second home for my son, and for providing me the comfort of knowing that my son is in the best possible place!”

“I could not be happier with my choice of schools. My son struggled in public school and was getting lost in his education. Was in third grade reading on a 1st grade level. With many attempts to get help he was not progressing. Since my son started at REDD Academy he enjoys going to school, his progress is amazing! The staff is friendly and inviting. It truly is like a family! I know I made one of the best decisions for our family and my sons education!”

“There were a lot of improvements there since I was I kid. The teachers care about the students and they’ve retained the caring teachers I had when I was a student there over 10 years ago. Things are looking up. It’s also clear that security and administration really care about the kids.”
