Barry is the owner, and had his cooker shipped directly to him here so he could serve up the best beef brisket I have ever had. Skip the review that talked of a soggy bun - what can you expect when you have pulled pork so tender and yet dripping with natural juices! If you call ahead, Barry will wrap you up a chunk of beef brisket with the juices to take home for dinner as well.”
