“I had lost the backing to one of my Pandora earrings and called another location that told me to "go to claires and buy new backings" even though I had offered to buy a new one. When I visited this location the associate was so nice and understanding, she had a bag of backings and one was even a pandora backing that she gave me for free. She also helped size me for a ring and was very helpful. Would definitely take the longer trip out there to go to this location again.”
