“Window Palace has done custom drapes and hardware for me in my last two homes. They also did comforters, pillows and shams for my master bedroom. Everything was done exactly as I had envisioned, on time and on budget. Now I am moving again and Window Palace will modify the drapes I am taking with me and create new treatments. I look forward to what my new home will look like after WP finishes the new window treatments! Also, she does excellent alterations including hems and sleeves. I just had her update an old favorite silk blouse of mine that I just couldn't let go of. It's beautiful! Without her expert work, it would have continued to hang in the back of my closet.”

If I ever had a problem he is happy to prepare for a very low cost and he also does shipping good if your schedule is tight Benzino will also arrange to have you meet him at his shop during the weekends if you are not mobile everything can be done by mail. The manager then told me she would work on fixing the problem and now the issue is no longer happening. I had low expectations about this concern and was pleasantly surprised at how the manager cared to solve this. She really is proud of her store and the place is very welcoming and clean!”
