I live in the area and the cashiers are normally quick and attentive, love the beer room even if it should be open or accessible to adults with out have to call and wait for someone to unlock it . “I went there to get some insight on an issue I was having with an older vehicle for emissions, and man, the guy was so full of information, alternatives, and options, I was educated well beyond what I expected. They treated me with redirect, the entire crew was joyful, courteous, and so helpful. He even gave me the mechanics credentials, and even told why he was a master of Emissions issues. WOW. But money was not his primary objective, in all honesty, he was open abs upfront about all alternatives, with pricing. I did not have any work done there, but would not hesitate to take any vehicle here, or recommend to someone else. Thank you, abs your team, so much!!!”

“I went to AutoZone for a battery check because I thought my battery was dying. I was assisted by a service employee named RON. RON was amazing ! He did a battery check, which in fact, showed my battery was toast! He looked up specs for my vehicle and found batteries that match and he showed me the options, no pressure to buy the most expensive, just explained the differences. He went on to get the new battery, remove my old battery, and installed the new one. He also helped find and install windshield wiper blades, and at my request checked the fluid levels and explained where the liquid should be, none needed filling. RON was so helpful and so kind. I definitely will continue to take my business to that particular AutoZone. Coral Springs on University, in old Pier One building. GREAT Customer Service like that is hard to find BUT so refreshing when you run across it !! THANK YOU RON !!”
