With the pandemic there's a lot of us working from home, so with the added hours at the computer I decided I needed a nice good quality chair. I went in and was ready to spend $500 on a chair. After explaining all my needs for a chair, he showed me ones much better suited for my needs. Steven was the most professional, helpful, and easy-going individual I have dealt with in a long time. He informed me that for as much as he would love to make a sale of that price, from what I told him, there was a much better chair for almost half the cost. I had also entered a few minutes before closing, so I was actually rushing myself and pressuring myself to just choose a chair. I am one myself so I understand how much businesses rely on reviews. I wouldn't say it's bad at all but the food lacks flavor, I got some hard dried up rice grains in my food and the fried rice didn't seem fried at all. I would also say that a smile goes a long way. Originally I was going to give 3 stars but I know it can be improved easily. Overall it's pretty alright.”

“This review is way overdue. We first contacted Elegant Flooring in the fall of 2019 after a botched installation of floors in our entire house. Paul came to inspect the floor and provided some guidance on how to approach the situation with the previous installers. He was gracious and extremely helpful. Eventually, we hired Elegant Flooring in the summer of 2020 as the floors were installed improperly (twice). We knew we were going to be making a huge investment (again), but trusted that Paul and his team would deliver beautiful floors in our home. We weren’t wrong. From the moment we set up a consultation with Nicole, to our first official meeting with Randall, the process was seamless. Once the installation started, Jose, who was the lead person doing the installation ensure that everything was taken care of and that we were happy with the progress. The crew worked from early morning till evening time and through the weekend to complete entire installation. Paul checked in everyday to ensure that we were satisfied with the work being completed. We are so thankful for Paul and the crew at Elegant Flooring – they gave us beautiful floors and made the process enjoyable (which was much needed after two botched installation). I was fortunate enough to have Joanna from The Beauty Spot give me a balayage, hair cut and blow dry. My hair came out PERFECT! Exactly what I wanted, she matched the color perfect (to the one I shared from the web) she cut my hair at the exact length I wanted. She listened and applied to the T and that to me is very special. In addition to being an exceptional stylist, the Beauty Salon had such an amazing vibe and warmth. You can tell there's lots of love for what they do and each other.
