Rachel and Dr Herman have always been attentive, caring, and quick to followup. Rachel is easy to like and she works hard to help you understand what's going on. Highly recommend the clinic.

Absolutely fantastic place! Very clean and everyone was nice. Dr. Knox is the best doctor I have ever taken my son to. He listened to him and talked to him and cared about him. Very grateful to have found this place and this doctor 🤲❤️

Dr. Chisholm has been such a wonderful support in my care. She's responsive, she listens to my concerns and worries. She & nurse Heather are prompt to reply to my messages and that's more important than I could express. I am grateful for this location and staff.

A+++. Had a great visit from the moment I walked in the door! I’m a Nurse Practitioner and sometime hard to please. PA Raychel Raymer very knowledgeable and pleasant. She listened to my concerns and offered advice. Everyone else in the office was friendly and efficient. . I left with appointments for my procedure and next visit. This is a first class medical practice. I highly recommend it!!

From the moment I stepped into the office to the time I left was a very smooth, pleasant experience. The intake woman, MA, PA and checkout were all very friendly and helpful. The appointment was on time and I was seen promptly with virtually zero sitting waiting in the room for the PA to come in and once she did she listened to my concerns and offered to get me the help I needed from their doctors as well as a referral to another for me. The MA wrapped it all up with awesome help and then I was on my way to the cheerful front office staff where all was buttoned up and I was sent off with a smile.
Great work Baptist Clay office. BG is extremely blessed to have such a fantastic staff!
