Water Heater Specialist

My tankless gas water heater's igniter coil went bad, I called everywhere trying to find someone who had the part. Everyone wanted to replace my whole unit and no one had the part. I thought I was going to have to wait a week and order it online. However I found Water Heater Specialist who were recommended by another BIG plumbing company in Jacksonville and they ended up having the part and were willing to sell it to me. Great small business and not looking to rip people off. If you're looking for a part or someone to fix your issue give them a call!

Lisa is amazing & very knowledgeable. She goes above & beyond when it comes to helping her customers. She is so dedicated and so passionate in helping people. She quickly responded to my water heater issues that I had for years. She called the builder and the warranty in my behalf (which I really appreciate a lot) although she didn't have to, at no cost!!! She is an angel! She made my life easier. So grateful to have called Water Heater Specialist!! You are awesome, Lisa!!! I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Water Heater Specialist. They were extremely courteous, professional and responsive regarding our water heater issues. Lisa was very knowledgeable about the equipment we needed and sold us exactly what we asked for. She was very polite over the phone and instilled confidence in us that they would get the job done right the first time. Dylan, who installed the heater, knew exactly what he was doing and did an incredible job installing it; the heater runs great and my wife is very happy with it. Water Heater Specialist really impressed us, particularly given all of this was done long distance. Again, I highly recommend Water Heater Specialists. Water Heater Specialists will NOT disappoint. I called them due to my water heater malfunctioning. Lisa was very helpful and displayed exceptional customer service. She sent a gentleman, Dale, out to solve the issue with my water heater. Lisa told me he would arrive at 11 in the morning. He arrived five minutes early and was very professional. He finished the job in a timely manner and answered all questions I had regarding my water heater. Lisa and Dale are very knowledgeable in the department of water heaters. He had all the parts needed and I had hot water in no time at all. I will definitely recommend Water Heater Specialists LLC to anyone that needs water heater work and will not hesitate to call them in my next time of need.

Awesome service and great price in town! Lisa who handle the phone call is very knowledgeable about the products and quick on get someone out there to get the problem fixed. The young gentleman Dylan, that came out to do a water heater install, has amazing customer service and knows exactly what was needed to be done to get the job started and finished. He was highly skilled in his trade and had all the right equipment to get the job done and was in and out with no trace, cleans up after his work and even makes sure the floor was swept before he left. He gave me a full walk through of what was done and even had the time to walk me though regression for warranty. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and be first and only call for any water heater work needed !!
