(September 28, 2020, 3:32 pm)My mom would be staying with me for a month or so and i wouldn't be able to take care of her by myself, I did some research and found Home Instead and WOW impressed with the communication and service. Our caregiver was awesome and worked great with my mom.. Will definitely use Home Instead again and also recommend them..

The staff at Home Instead Senior Care makes you feel like you are apart of the family. Not only do they care about the clients, but they also care about the office staff. I love having Shalon as a supervisor; she always answers questions that I may have. She listens and takes notes to any suggestions that will improve the office and caregiver flow.

She is present to offer to do tasks needed.
Lives to cook meals , wants to have clean and tidy areas, and to help organize condo .
She is very willing to take directions and perform
Duties
She has a comfortable car which helps me a lot as I had a very bad fall weeks ago so getting in and out of car is important
She takes my rolling walker to car and stays with me when we are out .
Especially at Doctor office .
A pleasant and caring person.

I am so glad I am a part of the Home instead Family. We really care about our clients well being. Being a Caregiver is a blessing alone but being a caregiver with Home Instead is an honor.

I worked for you at Home Instead Senior Care, Orange Park, FL in 2016. I thoroughly enjoyed the assignments I was sent to. Everyone of your office staff members were pleasant to speak to and work with. Traci was your scheduling coordinator at the time and she was phenomenal by scheduling work around my college night classes. I appreciated the fact that you & your husband took time out to say hello and ask if there was anything you could do for your Caregiver Staff. You also provided the necessary training and certifications to ensure your staff was equipped with the tools needed to care for Seniors with excellence.
