I realize the type of work you do is not exactly easy and certainly does take a special type of person to do so. Can't say if you did it to slow or to fast since I am not familiar with this type of work but have to say you guys did a great job and really didn't matter how long but that you did it professionally and provided a good job. I know you ran into a few problems but where taken care of in a orderly and timely matter. I do thank you for keeping me informed almost daily if though it was not required. Amber Shield and the Aftermath crew are amazing when it came to my family's time of need. Amber showed up within a couple of hours. She and her crew are very professional, and very compassionate. Amber helped with every single need we had and every question was answered in a very compassionate professional way. I couldn't ask for more caring compassionate human beings in our time of need. The work that was performed was above and beyond. I want to personally thank Amber and the Aftermath crew, and that we appreciate all the work and professionalism that they showed for me and my family in this time of need.

Our family cannot say enough about Aftermath. We specifically worked with Amber and her crew. My sister unfortunately passed away from Covid-19 complications, including a massive hemorrhage that left the entire second floor of her home covered in blood. After such a traumatic passing, we knew that we could not physically or mentally go about trying to clean it up ourselves.

Our funeral director was kind enough to suggest Aftermath when we inquired about cleaning services. We called Aftermath around 10pm the night of her passing, they were prompt and came the next morning ready to get us a quote, collect information, work with my sister’s homeowner’s insurance, answer questions, and get started right away.

When first reaching out to the homeowners insurance, the first adjuster was not understanding at all. The adjustor did not seem to care that the deceased; parents, daughter, and grandson all lived together and should not have to deal with the scene upstairs for days while trying to grieve the loss of their mother and daughter, while trying to track down three different quotes. As soon as Amber arrived, she assured us that part of their services included working with adjusters and home owner’s companies. She took over, and we were assigned a different adjustor and she took care of it from there, start to finish to ensure the trauma cleaning and biohazard removal was done thoroughly and with the most care .

In addition to working with the adjusters, the team was incredibly supportive and compassionate. Amber ensured safety during the Covid-19 regulations for her team as well as the family living within the house. She offered kind words, reassurance, and her condolences frequently over the time they were there working. They made sure to update us on their progress and next steps, but were never intrusive while the family grieved.

Prior to this event, we did not know that there were companies that specialized in after trauma cleaning but are incredibly thankful that they exist, as they made the aftermath of this family tragedy less of a burden.

This is the best gym I have ever gone to. I’ve been a member for 6months. It’s so much more than just a gym...it’s a family. The coaches push and encourage you and the atmosphere keeps you motivated. If you are looking for a gym to get started on some changes in your life, this is a great place to do that!
