RV showing on a sunny Sunday. Where to go? General RV Orange Park for sure. The exact right decision. We liked most that Alex Cochran was able to meet our needs completely and professionally! More than that. He gave us inspiration to see Travel Trailers from another point of view. That lead us to the decision to think about raising our budget and be back soon to make the perfect deal. I give him the highest of recommendations possible. Thank you Alex and Steve Nottingham for your dedication and professionalism.

We had an Excellent experience with General RV in Orange Park! Our Sales Rep., Alex, was very personable, helpful, and most importantly.... honest. He is a true asset to the Sales Team.
We have been shopping for a family travel trailer for quite awhile, and kept coming back to the one Alex showed us the first time we visited on-site. He listened to what we were looking for and only showed us the units that fit within our budget and was never pushy or tried to over-sell. He really made this a great experience! We also had a great experience with Kalen in the service department, who was very helpful and informative. He answered the many many questions we had, since we are complete newbies.

Had a great experience with the service department. Spencer the service manager was absolutely outstanding. Called early last week about service needing to be done, spoke with Spencer and he assured me he would have a team member get the parts ordered and call me when parts are in, well I received the call from Spencer on Monday this week and he had me in the next day ( Today Tuesday) to get repair completed. I was in and out in a matter of a couple hours. A message to the General Manager at the Orange Park location, do whatever you have to do or pay to keep Spencer as your service manager, folks like him are very difficult to replace. Again thank you for the outstanding service today.

Cliff from Jacksonville parts department was outstanding. Traveling to Fla from Ohio in our Grand Design and had some battery issues. He gave us a great "battery 101" overview of RV batteries and how we should properly set up our rig. Armed with more information and a new battery we were able to fix our problem. Cliff and the entire parts department went out of their way to help us - much appreciated.

A family member of mine purchased a coach. They lived in another state and after searching the web they found a perfect unit here in North Florida. So today was pick up here in Florida. I decided to tag along, as we did the walk-through on the new coach this morning. The gentleman who did the walkthrough with us was very knowledgeable and put us at ease with our purchase. When we have a questions about a couple of things... Keeping in mind, our coach was used, they had someone come and talk to us and explain details. It was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this Orange Park location.
