One Ocean Resort and Spa

My family and I enjoyed our three-night stay at Ocean One Resort. The staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the food was excellent. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch each day (the avocado toast was terrific). My children enjoyed the outdoor pool, then the quick jump to the beach to wade in the surf and see dolphins. The surrounding area was a nice place to have a meal and to walk around and enjoy the nice weather. This is a terrific place for families, couples, and for those traveling alone.

The staff was incredible. I flew in from Boston expecting blue skies and sunshine, 80 degree weather but my 1st 2 days there it was cold 🥶 cloudy and rainy. The staff was very responsive to my needs and made me feel at home. The valet staff all had 5 star 🌟 personalities. My 1st night there I met Jake at the valet, now that guy is an Ace. He was a great first impression for the company. I was kinda shocked how nice he was to be honest, and he remained the same my whole 3 days there. Then we got in to the reception desk where I met Nicc and (ugh I forgot her name but she was marvelous) , both were very welcoming and were definitely pros at making one comfortable. The whole staff here should be commended and I'm not blowing fluff either. They run a good ship out there. 5 stars period. I'll be back. Don't know when but definitely will be back there.

One ocean is truly a stunning hotel! My family and I love coming here to enjoy Jax Beach. It is in the perfect location! The pool area leading to the beach is beautiful and spacious. We also love the restaurant and bar area with outdoor sitting too! The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. The resort follows social distancing and the cleaning and disinfecting procedures are excellent.

My Partner and I stayed at the Resort for my Birthday. The room was very clean. The staff was pleasant. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and our server named Hannah was truly amazing. She was knowledgeable about the menu and recommended a few selections of desserts. Our overall experience was AMAZING. We will be back soon.

This is a beautiful hotel located right on the ocean. The amenities are wonderful. There is a nice pool and pool bar and a restaurant that provides outside and inside dining. It is very clean, and our housekeeper, Zora, went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable and making sure we had everything we needed. The staff is professional and courteous. My husband and I loved it so much this summer that we are already booked to go back. There is lots of entertainment within walking distance as well. Highly recommend!!!
