(December 21, 2020, 11:34 am)I needed a rental on the spot because my vehicle had to be towed to the dealership. I called on the way to make a reservation and was still on the phone with them when I walked in. I was in a rental and on my way in less than 5 minutes. Very efficient.

He said he was fairly new to the job, but I wouldn't have been able to guess that at all, being that he was so professional and had an answer for all of our questions. He had a great personality as well!
