I have to admit this was the easiest and smoothest Amazon return I have ever done, I didn't have half of the original boxes or packaging, but no problem! All of the employees I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. Store was clean and organized. Will most likely go back some time soon.

(September 9, 2020, 1:42 pm)Excellent customer service! I ordered a pair of shoes online and received curbside delivery, within 2 hours. Twice, I spoke with an associate named Marjori. She was courteous and helpful. Plus, she personally brought out my purchase and placed it in my car trunk. I thank her and Kohl's for such a wonderful shopping experience in this trying time (pandemic). I will definitely recommend shopping with your company and this store.
