I've known Matt Thornton (Personal Trainer and Director of Hyperswole) for a long time and ever since coming to Hyperswole, his gym has been nothing but an outstanding place to train at. Both as a personal trainer here and also a person who has trained under Matt in the past, anyone who comes here will not regret taking a class under him.

The gym itself is very nice with the space it has. It is not a "mega"-sized gym but has a lot of activities you can do in it. With boxing bags, sleds, a turf field to do agility work on, cardio machines, barbell racks for power lifting and Cross Fit-type training, and free weights for bodybuilding, Hyperswole has it all.

If you are interested in any of those things I mentioned, you're gonna love this gym.
