MacRod Towing LLC

We waited for three hours for another high rated company so we called MacRod on a whim hoping they would be a bit quicker. Was told the truck would be at our place in 20-25 minutes, not understanding that what he meant by that was he would be here in 15 minutes and our car would be on the truck driven away in 20-25 minutes. We were blown away by the speed and professionalism. Would give 7/5 if Google allowed it.

*Edit* Wrote this while riding to the mechanic my car was getting dropped off at. This review should include that the driver possesses some kind of demon magic, because he was still finishing up loading the car on the truck when we drove away and still somehow beat us so bad that he time to get out, smoke a cigarette, and start unloading the car.

Absolutely incredible service. Friendly and reasonable. My car broke down on the service road near the airport at 6:00 in the morning and not only arrived within 20 minutes, but after dropping my car off at my service station in Mandarin, he dropped me off at my residence. Highly recommend

I called several companies to help me out with my car trouble and all of them were too expensive and were going to take too long except MACROD TOWING, they got to me very quickly and got everything done very fast and professional. They speak English and Spanish which it's great for these who doesn't speak English well like me. I highly recommend this company, they're the best around.
