Wife need some work done in her car. And she is very picky when it come to her vehicle. The sevice agents and staff answered all her questions before starting the work. She was impressed of how much attention to detail regarding her car. They gave her peace of mind that her car was in good hands. And payment for her busy schedule was simple and quick that she was able to get her car back quickly as possible. Sometimes it takes a lot to impress her with outstanding customer service and prices. But she was truly impressed with the work that was do e in her vehicle.

Months ago I got my Chevy s10 trans rebuilt. The service was great. I was kept up to date, and informed about all the details and what not. The truck drives like it never had any issues. I really like how they tell you to drive it then come back for a checkup. I came back after two weeks and my truck was taken on a test drive. Didn't have to schedule it either. I was really happy with the service. They even helped me years ago when I had a VW and was told to buy a transmission, when all i needed was fluid. Working in a dealership for years I understand people are skeptical but these guys are the real deal. They made sure everything was transparent. You get traction, call action!

These guys are the absolute best! My car was having problems and I had taken it to the dealership and they charged me $500 plus with the same problem occurring. I had also gone three other places but no one could pinpoint the problem. I noticed that Action Transmission had a five-star rating on Google. After reading other reviews I decided to drive way across town just to have them to look at my vehicle. Now consider this my car is a hybrid. Once they took a look at my car, the technician was able to correctly pinpoint what the problem was with my car. However they advised me that they were not servicing hybrids so I needed to take it to someone who specialized in doing so. They also provided me with a report for me to take along with me to the next service agent. I went back to another dealership accompanied with my report. They were then able to service my car and completely solve the problem; however the praise does not go to the dealership, but to Action Transmission for a correctly diagnosing my car. Because of them it has saved me a lot of worry and money. If I could rate them 25 or 100 Stars, I would! They are the absolute best. Thank you Action Transmission! I never do reviews, but this time I just had to.

These folks are great! I appreciate their honesty and felt they were looking out for me. I have an 11 year old Ford and was sure the transmission was going out. Thankfully, it is not but I was given a list of things to think about and consider in the future. I highly recommend!

This was a great experience for me because these people really know their business. When I first called, I was impressed with all the information I got from Mr. Craig. He knows about customer service, explaining to me each detail of what they will do to my truck. I was convinced and I decided to bring my truck there. Two days later he called me up and told me that it was ready. I will recommend this place 100% because of their professionalism and honesty in business.
