  Let me first start out by saying if you go you will know! Dr. Nields and Nurse Practitioner Caroline are hands down the most caring and compassionate medical team to have on your side. their office staff is awesome as well, they make sure they meet your needs and definitely try hard to do so. If you want a doctor and their staff that is genuine and cares about not only your health but your overall wellbeing this is the place to go.

  Great Storage Facility. Tony was very welcoming. Always good to have representation for a comapany. Gerald was great with following up also.

  Clean inside and great environment. I know tony from extra space and he got me to come over and check the place out. It was indeed a great property. Keep this guy on board. He has always been exceptional. Gerald the general manager is great also thanks for the conversation bro.

  Sherlonda was most professional. From beginning to end the entire process from smooth and painless. She was kind knowledgeable and guided me through to make sure I got the right unit. Would recommend to anyone!

  Very clean facility. Wonderful access hours. The staff is amazing. I forget the young man’s name who helped me. I was in a bind and couldn’t think straight, but he was so kind with a great sense of humor. I just told what I needed and what my budget was and he handle everything else. I ended up getting another unit because I really didn’t plan my move well and once again he came to the rescue.

  I'm a UNF nurse practitioner student and have been doing a clinical rotation with Dr. Nields. I don't know him as my doctor, but I have observed him during many, many patient interactions. I can tell you that he truly cares about every single patient that comes through his doors and is always thinking of innovative ways to help people. Whether you are a member of his direct primary care practice (Bold City DPC) or his traditional medical practice (Headwaters Health), you are sure to get the latest and greatest care from him. I highly recommend him!

  I've been a patient of Dr Nields for 5 years. I've seen many doctors over the past twenty years for a chronic illness and Dr Nields is one of the best I've had the privilege of knowing. He's very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest treatments available and he shows a real concern for the well being of his patients. I would highly recommend him.

  Dr Will Nields is the most wonderful physician I've ever had. He is super
  smart yet amazingly humble. His priorities are strictly focused on the best
  care for his patients. I also work in the medical profession and I must say
  I've never know a physician as devoted and compassionate for his patients.
  He is not only "text book" smart, but his best quality is that which one cannot learn from a book.

  Brandi is the sweetest. The office is so accommodating. Dr. Nields offers telecom appointments if you can’t visit in person, which is rad. He also takes his time with each patient and makes you feel heard. Much more preventative focused, wanting to make you feel better for life, rather than giving you meds and telling you to get out. Highly recommend.

  Best experience I’ve had in years!! He spent so much time listening and discussing things with me in depth! Very thankful I’ve found myself and my husband such a fabulous and knowledgeable doctor that desires to truly find the root cause of issues.
