We were running really low on our gas and Blake made sure we were taken care of very promptly. He scheduled someone to come out and service us right away. Their staff is always professional and right on time. Love working with Griffis Gas!
We had a service issue recently with our propane fireplace. Reno came over and not only solved the problem but explained why it happened and how to properly maintain the unit so the problem doesn’t arise again. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. We will request him again should we ever need service.
We had an issue with a tankless water heater. First contact was made to a plumber who determined the problem to be a gas flow problem. This resulted in a call to Griffis Gas, our supplier. Reno (sp) was dispatched to troubleshoot the problem. He asked quite a few questions, even contacted tech support of the company who made the unit to get to the root cause. Problem was a lizard had become trapped in the fan motor making it inoperable. Lizard was removed and the unit works fine now. Reno displayed a great attitude while having to work in the rain. He was determined to solve the issue and did! A huge shout out to this valuable employee! Thanks Reno! Job well done!
We were so impressed with the staff at Griffis Gas. We contacted Ryan on Monday and by Thursday we already had a tankless water heater installed. This was such a great experience as even Dave & George took great care of our lawn when installing the tank. We want to thank all the team members for their great customer service skills to make the impossible happen in just three days.

The two techs who came out to install were careful in inspecting our situation. Both, Tony Ortiz and Devin Ward were excellent and very professional. They were careful in setting up our service and made sure we understood how to use our gas log set.
