I actually haven't had the opportunity to meet the doctor. I was called by a number registered for their office and it rang once and ended. No message was left, but when I called that number back, it came back as out of service. So I googled the real number, called them and was told they were no longer going to be in network with my insurance
starting Monday so that ended that for me. No big deal and they were helpful in referring me to a location that does accept my insurance. My only concern is the phone situation, but I couldn't fault them for that because my office has landline issues as well sometimes. Customer service wise, great staff.

I’ve been a patient with Dr. Tambi for over a year and their office always treats me with respect, care, and compassion. Even when the office was closed on Friday and my prescription had run out without being sent in to my pharmacy, Dr. Tambi took the time to read the message from her website and ensure it was sent in and taken care of expeditiously. I cannot say enough good things. Try them for yourself, you don’t have anything to lose but you have an opportunity to create a partnership with a very good psychiatrist.

Great company in Jacksonville. I always feel right at home when I come in to their building. Staff is friendly, and greets you as soon as you walk in.
