Yes. So for I have found the Service Department was excellent and working with the Representative at the Storage facility (Extra Space Storage) giving me all the help I need to get started in moving my stuff in my Storage cubical. Very happy so far

This location HAS TO BE the shining star of Extra Space Storage, Inc. I have dealt with this location for years since its opening, and it has never disappointed. Diana has been there for a while and she is WONDERFUL! She has always been friendly, extremely helpful, and possess excellent customer skills. Though I never met Albert personally, I spoke with him over the phone. Just an awesome guy! He quickly assisted me in finding a storage unit, he also quickly solved a separate issue, and he too has fantastic customer service expertise! Rachel is newly hired and has mastered the knowledge necessary to work at Extra Space. She was VERY helpful in signing me up (again), knew the ins&outs surprisingly well for a new employee, and was equally friendly and up on her customer service skills. As for the building, it is always well maintained and clean. Thank you for the continued great job guys!!!#LoveMyVettes!!
