(January 20, 2021, 10:01 am)I have read all the reviews and I would like to express my experience with Apria of yesterday, 1/19/2021. From customer service to the deliveryperson, I could not be more pleased. All was handled in a very professional, courteous and expedient manner. Perhaps they have new management, but from what I read re: previous experiences(others), I must admit, I did have reservations, but MY experience was MOST favorable! Give them another chance, folks!
