The whole office is completely amazing. They are willing to work with your schedule and if you have an emergency they do their best to get you in the same day. I would recommend Dr. Yates to anyone that’s needing mental health management. He has offered great insight I’m dealing with children. I look forward to the advice that he has to offer no matter what I am dealing with at any point in time.

Dr. Yates is a very wonderful Psychologist. He has helped my girlfriend in so many ways dealing with her personal and professional life. She looks forward to her appointments and she will come home and share some of the advice he provided to her. He also, lets her bring her kids, even me to her appointments if it is something she needs. It makes me happy to know that my girlfriend is getting the help she needs. I would recommend Dr. Yates to anyone looking for Mental Health.

This man is the type of DOCTOR you expect when you are in need. I was referred to him by a friend who does counseling with her son, they BOTH love this guy and they can barely stand each other before seeing him. I've only been twice but I'm confident this is the best psychologist in Jax. The negative reviews are just people who didn't hear what they wanted to hear.

Vocational rehabilitation chose him to redo my Evaluation and I never have felt more comfortable with anyone testing me. (And I’m 23 and have been tested a lot!) He is extremely kind, patient, RESPECTFUL and you can tell he puts forth effort in everything he does. He made sure I was comfortable and in a safe environment in order to help me relax and be less nervous so I could do my best. He also talks to you like a friend who is genuinely wanting and wishing the best for you. Which is amazing! :) Would definitely recommend.
