Gahanian Law was great with helping me with my bankruptcy. The easy payment plan also help with my extremely tight budget. Talia helped me get started on payments from a credit card debt. Bank of America sued me for $4,700 or so, on a 4 year old credit card. I’ve asked multiple people and they have more debt than I did and never got sued. So I guess I’m one of the lucky ones (sarcasm).

Anyhow Talia cost me $500 and kept me out of court and from paying court fees. They dropped what I owed down to $3,300. So essentially she saved me $900. Which is a big deal to me. My payments are barely affordable but doable. She got them to agree on $137.50 a month for 24 months until it is paid off.

She was extremely responsive usually within 2 hours, and helped me understand everything. She is very nice and communicates very well. If you’re looking for a debt lawyer I’d definitely recommend her.
