(February 27, 2021, 4:45 am)I've been with the agency for years. No one thinks of buying insurance as fun, but the staff here 'is good. Lillian is a delight and while we have never met that I recall, it's been nice getting to know the person at the end of the telephone line will be helpful. One needs to be appreciative of good service when you get it!
