I moved here January 2021 when we were still in the pandemic, and this was the quickest place I got approved. Everything was a smooth transition over here and Kyle was very helpful. I never had problems and the community is well maintained. There’s a good amount of parking and nice places to walk, very close to all major shopping centers. The only reason I moved out was because of the price increase in rent, otherwise, I would have stayed here longer. I lived here till January 2023. This was my favorite place I’ve stayed at and I’ll miss my time here.

I was serviced by Melvin. It was a great experience. He took care of all of the issues we were having with our apartment swiftly, efficiently, and with incredible customer service. It was a pleasure. Looking forward to seeing him or any other maintenance members for any possible future issues.

I can’t say enough about the excellent maintenance crew we have at Avalon Fairway Hills! I especially appreciate Melvin Spriggs, who has come to our rescue twice in just the past month—once replacing the water heater unexpectedly, and just this week repairing a hinge on the freezer door. He is very skilled, and always so pleasant to work with!

Maintenance here is great. Mr Melvin is beyond awesome, always polite and professional. He’s very thorough in any apartment needs and makes sure to always find resolutions and complete jobs. Beyond beyond the best in customer service and making sure residents are happy.

Dependable, Knowledgeable, Professional

We moved to the Avalon blindly from another state for work and decided on the Avalon based on the good reviews and pricing. Our apartment seems to be on the older side, but was recently renovated to put in new appliances and remove a lot of the carpeting. During our move in we found that the carpet in the guest bedroom was dirty and smelly, but management had the carpet cleaned within 24 hours. Within the first week our washer machine died, but again maintenance was able to come out within 24 hours to assess and order us a new one.

Overall, while the apartment is older inside and we have had some bumps in the road. The management and maintenance have been extremely attentive to our needs and are quick to assist when something is wrong. Outside of the physical structure of the apartment the people here are very nice and quiet. We like our neighbors and are always greeted with a smile. The grounds are well kept with lots of green space and tree's. The trash areas are also well maintained and easy to access. Overall we satisfied with our decision to move here.

Very impressed with my haircut from Tracy. She was kind, efficient, and did a great job!

Had a horrible experience and haircut earlier in the day. Went in to see if they could clean up the terrible job. Tracy, the owner, was incredibly nice was able to fix my hair wonderfully and didn’t even charge for the cleanup. Super friendly, great haircut, very clean. Much much better location than a national chain
