Al's Pizza

The food is great and since the pandemic, I've been ordering almost always weekly for delivery. I work long hours so it's very convenient. Usually Bailey takes my order and gets it right every time! Love her! The ordering is easy and delivery peeps are nice. The order person this evening (George) was abrupt and not friendly and this isn't the first time. In addition, previously everything was well packaged, but tonight it was dripping in the bags. Customer service goes a long way. They may want to rethink who they have on front lines with customers and managing their restaurant.

Arrived at Al's in Baymeadows on a beautiful Saturday evening in March. Waitstaff was great, pizza was delicious and the restaurant was clean. Service was pretty quick, especially considering how busy they were at peak time on a Saturday. Pizza was well cooked and brown crusty with a nice dark bottom and all the extras were well cooked. We ordered Calamari and a Meat Lovers 16" pie and finished the next evening for dinner. Put it in the air fryer and it was as good as fresh. Will go again.

I'm from New York so trust me when I say I know what good pizza taste like. I NEVER give a pizza place 5 stars but I must this time! Al's pizza is amazing! Perfect sauce to cheese ratio and crust consistency! Honestly, I'm not a huge fan of pizza and have to crave it but when it comes to Al's pizza, I could eat it every day. I'm so happy I tried them out, I promise you won't regret it!

Al’s pizza is the best. They even delivered to us at The Mayo Clinic!
Are usually go into the Baymeadows location, and they are always so nice and kind.

Tonight's meal was fabulous! Pizza crust requested as extra crispy. Total shout out to the cooks in the back!! Perfection! Ashley was attentive and very timely. Food was perfect and we will be back! Thank you!
