She has also created a space that is not just about physical health, but also mental health. She is so well versed in children's education, physical health, and how people learn and manage stress. She takes all of this knowledge and pours it into her programs. Great place for busy kids, parents needing rejuvenation, and families who want fun experiences together! Love Heather and recommend her to other Mommas all the time!

(March 8, 2020, 10:16 am)This place has become near and dear to my heart. The owner exudes joy, creating an atmosphere you'll definitely want to return to. We absolutely adore the times we get here as we leave feeling better than how we arrived. I love the family concept and that there truly is a class for everyone and for every stage of life. There are classes which you can do with your family which is just what we like. If you're feeling depleted go to a class because this practice, YOUR practice is how you'll get filled up again.

The owner, Heather is super receptive to suggestions and always asking what kind of classes students would like to have available. Very affordable as well and classes for all levels and schedules. Very happy we joined this studio!!

(March 2, 2020, 1:14 pm)Heather has great energy and is a pleasure to be around! My daughter and I attended a Kidding Around Yoga training at Grow Family : Yoga and More in February. We had a really fun time and learned a lot about kids and family yoga! Highly recommended! :)

(March 1, 2020, 1:16 pm)I love Grow Family yoga. It is such a warm and welcoming place. Every instructor seems to love their practice and they are very dedicated. They love children and work hard to support the families who attend their classes. The owner, Heather, is a wonderful and kind person, and she has put so much of herself into her business, making it a warm and welcoming place. Baby yoga and children's classes are fun and fully engage the children while the teen and adult classes I have taken leave me feeling at peace. I recommend this yoga studio- which is really so much more than just a yoga studio- to everyone I meet!
