(March 18, 2020, 6:08 am)Overall appearance is clean and well kept. The restrooms are always clean. I have never used the showers, but they look clean as well. The machines are kept in good condition. Sometimes the weights are not put back on the racks and I can't use a machine because I can't lift a 45 lb plate.

Good services with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at. If your looking to for a fitness club I would highly recommend you give this place a look. -

(October 17, 2019, 3:55 pm)Hands down my favorite gym in Jacksonville. I don't usually give 5 stars at this place deserves it.
The staff is always friendly and very helpful. There was no pressure when I was intrested in signing up. When I forgot things at this gym they literally set it aside and gave me a call.
Whether you go at 4:00 p.m. or 4:00 a.m. this club is super clean.
One of the things I love about this club is that it is open 24 hours.
This place has top of the line equipment to say the least. One of my favorites is rower.
Of course they also haveTop of the line treadmills, elliptical and high intensity workout bike.
Of course they have dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells for free weight workouts.
They have different workout classes throughout the week.
They have to bathrooms with showers. So you can clean up after your workout. -

They have a lot of diverse equipment and classes that should fit everyone's needs (classes are free if you are a member). I've never had a hard time getting a good workout in here. The staff is courteous and very helpful.
