  Very friendly staff! Dr. would listen and complete requested exams, but as a pet owner and paying top $ for services, I would have liked to feel a little more compassion and not as rushed! I would recommend using there services! Very clean and friendly. A bit expensive but overall with it

  We had both of our senior dogs fall ill within just a few short weeks of each other. The staff was always professional and would allows us to come in on just a few hours short notice. Unfortunately, one of our dogs was too elderly and too ill to be saved and she passed away in my arms at home. The doctor was honest in preparing us for her guarded prognosis but at the same time made sure to make every effort to save her.
  RIP our sweet Ruby.

  I've probably only met Dr. Sandler twice, but both times he seemed kind and my dogs really like him. Once I called after hours with an emergency and he called me back three minutes later to help and calm me down. I usually drop my dogs off early before work and pick them up after which is why I never see him, but his staff is extremely friendly. They're also all named Ashley so it's easy to remember. Lakewood does boarding as well and I also recommend that. Both of my dogs have been going here for about two years I think. I've never had a bad experience.
