These guys were awesome! This was the first time I've ever hired movers and my realtor suggested this company. I'd always done my moves myself but I've gotten older and need the help. I'd heard horror stories about movers and was apprehensive about the move.

They did everything! I used them for a full pack and move. They were punctual for the packing day and were hilariously efficient. I say hilariously because there were a few times I moved something so I could pack it myself and by the time I had gotten back to it they had already packed it and I had to have them open a box so I could get it out. So a good idea is to set up a " out of bounds" area where you can put a few of your things if you don't want them packed.

On moving day they were about 15 minutes late because they had to stop for gas, but they called me prior to their scheduled arrival time to let me know about the delay. Again the crew were efficient and took great care packing our things and labeling them so we knew where most things were.

We got everything to our new home about 45 miles away and again they were great on the unload to move everything to the room where it needed to be and stack boxes neatly so we had room to work and unpack. They set up the beds and helped us making small adjustments to where some of the furniture would be placed.

All in all this was a 5 star experience. I would've liked the price to be a little lower, but the no-hassle, wonderful experience with the crew made it worth the money.

This Moving Company is absolutely phenomenal. I used a different moving company to move me from my old house to a storage facility, but that experience was absolutely awful. When I called MoveBright to move me out of the storage facility to my new house it was a world of a difference. I spoke with Ethan initially to speak about the move. He was very helpful, answered all my questions, very professional and prompt. When discussing the price Ethan spoke with Craig (one of the owners) who was able to lock me in a price that would not exceed a certain amount, but could be less depending on the hours. On the day of my move the guys (Daniel, Felix, Dale, Ryan, and Matt) came on time and were absolutely terrific. They were very vigilant of the pandemic. They had a great personality. They were very organized with the move and fast. I was amazed how well they worked together and how well coordinated it was. They were not just awesome movers they were very careful with the move. We had zero damage to any furniture or to the home. This move was so seamless and stress free. Also, during the move another one of the owners (Ben) came to help and ensure things were going smoothly. I can not express how great this moving company is. They were all terrific, fast, careful, and efficient movers. Also, the price was very affordable. I will definitely use them for my next move. I will also highly recommend them to anyone who needs a moving company. We believe that they are the best in Northeast Florida. Thanks to the entire crew for a great experience.

Only took me 3 months to write a review to which i apologize, but wanted to share my amazing experience with Craig and his wonderful team. I heard about MoveBright through a neighbor and so glad i took her advice. They gave me a very good price for the move from Miami to St Augustine. Dewayne and Daniel were my movers & were very professional. They showed up on time and really respected my property and treated each box with care. Not a single item was damaged. Upon arrival to St Augustine, they carefully put all items as directed and made my moving experience a lot smoother than in years past. If you're looking for movers who truly care about their business, take 5 minutes and call Craig and his team. You wont be disappointed.

MoveBright did an excellent job in moving all our large pieces of furniture and appliances. The team worked very hard and did not stop all day. I was very impressed with their professionalism, their attitude, and their humor. I would highly recommend them and we will use them again when we have to move in the future. They had to deal with stairs in both locations. They were very strong and we could never have done what they did. The price was also very reasonable. We all were very impressed. When they realized we needed an extra truck they provided that too, so we were able to move more than we planned because they put some of the stuff we planned to move in a pick-up truck on the second truck. Such a blessing. Everyone we dealt with was great.

I was so happy with their care in packing my furniture and personal items. I had only one date I could move, and they accommodated it. Their staff was friendly, and easy to work with. They we’re very flexible with my request to meet someone on the other side when I had to stay for a pet emergency.
